自動車産業品質マネジメントシステム ISO 9001+RTL

自動車メーカーがEU域内で自動車の販売するときに必要な“欧州型式認可”を取得する条件の一つとなっている、“生産の適合性”に関するRTL（Road Traffic Legislation:欧州道路交通法令類）を満たす品質マネジメントシステムの認証書を、JIA－QAセンターは自動車メーカーの要望により発行してきました。
2009年4月に“欧州型式認可”に係わるEC指令に大幅な改訂が行われ発効したことから、これまでのサービスを自動車メーカーのみならず、部品メーカーにも拡大して提供出来るようにする為に支店を開設し、欧州でもっとも信頼されているKBA（ドイツ連邦自動車交通局）から審査機関として指定を受けました。
TSの認証機関に加えて、欧州型式認可に関してもサービスを提供し、一層自動車産業に貢献していきたいと思っております。

JIA-QA Center has issued the certificate of Quality Management System which fulfills the requirements of RTL (Road Traffic Legislation) by confirming the "Conformity of Production". "Conformity of Production" is one of the conditions to be granted EC Type Approval required for automotive manufacturers to distribute motor vehicles in the EU.

On the occasion that the EC Directive related to EC Type Approval has been revised and entered into force in April 2009, JIA-QA Center has established the European Branch and has been designated by KBA (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt, German Federal Motor Transport Authority), the most reliable national authority in Europe. Through the European Branch, JIA-QA Center is seeking to expand these services to automotive parts manufacturers in addition to motor vehicle manufacturers. JIA-QA Center aspires to further contribution to the automotive industry not only as a certification body of the ISO/TS 16949 scheme but also as a designated body which provides the services related to EC Type Approval.
