Publication of criteria and practice guidelines for the installation of gas appliances

JIA publishes two books, the Criteria and Practice Guidelines for the Installation of Gas Appliances and the Criteria and Practice Guidelines for the Installation of Commercial Gas Appliances, which are compilations of all the criteria for installing gas appliances. As an integrated set of criteria for correctly installing gas appliances, these books are examined and published under the auspices of the gas appliance installation criteria research committee, composed of figures from academia, consumer groups, and related governmental and other institutions. More than 500,000 copies of these books have been distributed to gas appliance installation service providers and technicians since the first publication was issued in 1983.
