Handling appeals and complaints

  JIA-QA Center will receive appeals and complaints in the following procedure.

1. Definitions of appeals and complaints.

  • Appeal
    Request by a registered organization or an applicant to JIA-QA Center for reconsideration by JIA-QA Center of a decision it has made relating to certification
  • Complaint
    Expression of dissatisfaction, other than appeal, by any person or organization to JIA-QA Center, relating to the activities of a registered organization or JIA-QA Center, where a response is expected

2. How to submit an appeal or a complaint.

An appeal or a complaint should be submitted to JIA-QA Center in writing (including by e-mail) with its ground, within 30 days from the day its cause occurred.
